This is our child protection concept
In accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, which grants all children the right to protection, it is our deepest conviction, task and duty to guarantee every child who takes part in our projects a protected environment and safe care. It goes without saying that the well-being of the children is always our top priority and the focus of our actions.

The overarching goal of “Fußball trifft Kultur” is to strengthen the educational opportunities of the children we support and to prepare them for their future lives. In this context, the promotion of self-determined action is an important concern for us. In this way, the children learn to articulate themselves, express their needs and recognize and draw attention to undesirable behaviour.
Our child protection guidelines are designed to ensure the protection and rights of children and to identify effective measures in the event of a need for intervention. All teachers and trainers sign a code of conduct, which was developed in a participatory manner with their involvement and which expresses our common understanding of a value-based framework for action.
